Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
CEROIL PRODUCT, S.L., hereinafter, CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, that it is responsible for processing the user's personal data carried out on these social networks, and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), therefore, the following information regarding the processing is provided:

Why can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER's social network, thus showing interest in the information published therein. Therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER gives us their consent to process the personal data published on their profile. The USER can access the social network's privacy policies at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy. The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be added to a file belonging to the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept until the USER revokes the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data sharing: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete them, or deactivate them, just like any third-party application that they no longer wish to use. No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, except, if essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations. What are your rights? Rights that the USER has: these can only be exercised in relation to information that is under the CONTROLLER's control.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
– Access to the public information of the profile.
– Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.
– Sending personal and individual messages through the social network's channels.
– Status updates of the page that will be published on the USER's profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do this, they must access their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER follows or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited. that offend or are likely to offend against morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one's image, or the Law.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be held responsible for content freely published by a USER.
The USER should bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Access to and registration through the CONTROLLER's social media is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. If the USER has disabilities, the intervention of their parent or legal guardian, or their legal representative, will be required, through a valid document proving such representation.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social media by minors or persons with disabilities. The CONTROLLER's social media does not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the CONTROLLER's social media, or provide any personal information.
