We take care that each order leaves our offices within 24 hours from its reception. Otherwise, we will send you and email informing of what happened.
Currently we only ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
If you have a difficult schedule to be able to deliver the order at your home, you are always free to mention your work, family or friend place as delivery address. Also you can indicate the time slot which you should be at home to be able to deliver the order (you can mention it at the end of the command, in notes, or sending us a mail when you finish the order).
Deliveries will be from Barcelona (Spain) through SERTRANS or TRANSAHER. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery for the different areas and are calculated automatically.
During promotional periods, it would be possible for the shipping costs to be free. This and other promotions will be indicate clearly in our online store.
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the merchandise and the geographical area. We enable a calculator at the time of ordering so that you can calculate the shipping cost based on your zip code.
