Hello I work for BG products and am stuck with a question. We have a road sweeper on site with thick solid add blue which is like a solid rock. We have tried direct ceroil into the dpf and into the cat but its not breaking it down What would you recommend please ?

If the AdBlue deposit is already extremely hard and solid, almost like a rock, applying Ceroil directly into the DPF or catalyst may not be enough to dissolve such a severe crystallisation.
In this situation, our recommendation would be, whenever technically possible, to remove the heavily affected components and clean them separately.

For deposits of this severity, trying to dissolve everything only by spraying or pouring product directly into the exhaust system can be very difficult and may require an excessive amount of product without achieving the desired result.
We have already dealt with similar cases involving road sweepers with very severe AdBlue crystallisation, and for this level of contamination we believe that dismantling and ultrasonic cleaning is the safest and most effective approach, rather than using increasingly aggressive chemicals that could potentially affect the catalyst or other components.
If you can send us some pictures of the affected parts, and ideally indicate exactly where the crystallisation is located and which Ceroil product you are currently using, we can review the case in more detail and advise you on the best procedure.
